Kil Architecture designed residential condominiums in the Eddy Street Commons development near Notre Dame. The completed design incorporates three levels of residential units over a covered parking deck. Bay windows and balconies provide views of the surrounding area, including the Notre Dame campus to the north. The floor plans offer a variety of two and three-bedroom layouts.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
