Kil Architecture developed the plans for the Tradition townhomes near the University of Notre Dame campus. The project establishes an urban pedestrian character on a formerly low-density pair of lots and maximizes views towards Notre Dame Stadium. The combination of brick, lap siding, and board and batten siding connect the new development to homes in the surrounding neighborhood. The drive around the rear of the buildings provides service and garage access, reinforcing the pedestrian nature of the public street side. This project creates density, character, and scale at a prominent corner.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
