This project is located on two small urban lots within the Eddy Street Commons development and includes seven townhomes in a group of 2 and a group of 5. The townhomes are each 2.5 stories, with a ground-floor garage. The homes are designed with the entry door facing the public sidewalks, while the garages are located in the back, creating a more pedestrian-friendly streetscape. The architectural character of the development is informed by Arts and Crafts and Craftsman aesthetics.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
