Originally Mishawaka High School, this building is a complete rehabilitation and small addition project to house 32 senior apartments. Each apartment is spacious and has large windows that allow for plenty of natural light and ventilation. The small addition to the north includes a new entrance and two stair towers that retain the building’s original character.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
