DETAILS
Part of the Eddy Street Commons development adjacent to the University of Notre Dame, this multi-building residential project combines traditional detailing with thoughtfully designed interiors. Keeping pedestrian-friendly access a priority, Kil Architecture developed a comprehensive vision that both engages and complements the character of Notre Dame and the surrounding community.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
