Kil Architecture served as a preservation consultant for the Historic Barker Mansion's façade restoration, focusing on masonry and stone detailing.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
